Terms of Service

1.1 Ownership of Services. Zipkey retains all right, title, and interest, including all worldwide intellectual property rights, in and to the SaaS platform, application software, user interfaces, branding, logos, algorithms, and documentation (collectively, the "Services").

1.2 Limited License Grant. Subject to compliance with these terms, Zipkey grants User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services. This agreement is a license to use the platform as a service; it is not a sale of software or code.

1.3 Prohibited Restrictions. User shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (a) copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Services; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services; or (c) use any automated systems, scrapers, or bots to extract data from the Services without explicit written consent from Zipkey.

2.1 Ownership of User Data. User retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in any data, information, text, or materials uploaded, submitted, or processed through the Services ("User Data").

2.2 License to Zipkey. User grants Zipkey a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and process User Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and protecting the Services. Zipkey may also utilize anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from User Data to improve, optimize, and train its underlying algorithms and technologies.

2.3 Feedback. If User provides comments, bug reports, feature suggestions, or feedback ("Feedback") to Zipkey, User hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in such Feedback to Zipkey. Zipkey may freely use and implement such Feedback without any financial obligation, restriction, or credit to the User.
